Violet East practices Craniosacral and Structural Integration (in the lineage of Ida Rolf) and often draws on techniques from manual osteopathy. Violet’s work is led by the heartfelt knowledge that the blueprint of health is different for everyone; that healing is spiralic, and that we learn and heal together. Violet cherishes that her practice offers her clients the possibility to integrate soul and body. Her foundation and ongoing work as a poet/artist, movement lover, and curious itinerant has harmoniously led her to this work and continues to bolster it. Working with Violet, you will meet with your body’s rhythms, its parts and its wholeness. In line with both the values of craniosacral body work and Ida Rolf’s approach to the body, Violet will work with you gently, to find more ease in your nervous system, and allow your soul to come into better integration with your body’s gravitational field.

Personal Structural Integration
Structural Integration under the lineage of Dr. Ida Rolf, primarily working with the fascia in the body. Typically a series of ten sessions, this work goes through all of the major fascial systems in your living matrix to restore balance and amplify the health available in your body.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
